Personal data policy
This is an English translation for information. Tiza Group S.A.S. is a Colombian company and processes personal data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013; the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
The data you give us when you request a quote or write to us: name, company, job title, email, phone, project city or site and the technical information of the project. We do not collect sensitive data or data from children or adolescents.
To understand how the site is used we measure visits in an aggregated and anonymous way with Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own server: it does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not share data with third parties or advertising platforms. We record, for example, which pages are visited, from which country and whether the WhatsApp button or the quote form was used.
3. What we use it for
- Answering requests and preparing quotes.
- Entering into and performing contracts, invoicing and meeting accounting, tax and legal obligations.
- Coordinating work, sessions and deliveries with your team.
- Sending you technical or commercial information about our services, only if you authorized it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Authorization
By ticking the box on the form, or by writing to us and giving us your data, you authorize its processing for the purposes above. We keep proof of that authorization.
5. Your rights
As the data subject you can access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization; know how we have used it; revoke the authorization or ask us to delete it when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and file complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) after submitting your query or claim to us.
6. How to exercise your rights
Email us at [email protected] with your name, the data or request concerned and a way to reply. Requests are handled by the management of Tiza Group S.A.S.
- Queries: we answer within ten (10) business days at most. If that is not possible, we tell you why and answer within five (5) more business days at most.
- Claims (correction, update, deletion or revocation): we answer within fifteen (15) business days at most, extendable by up to eight (8) more business days with prior notice.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We share it only with providers of necessary services, such as website hosting, email and cloud storage, which may be located outside Colombia and must protect it as the law requires. We also disclose it to authorities when a regulation requires it.
8. Security and retention
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect the information: restricted access, encrypted connections and backups. We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described and for the periods required by accounting and tax regulations.
9. Effective date and changes
This policy is effective from October 20, 2026. If it changes significantly, we will publish it on this page.
